All our pieces are made of 925 recycled silver and our gold plated pieces are made of 925 recycled silver with 3 micron of 18k gold.

which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Refunds are not accepted under
any circumstances since the jewels are made by hand to order.
Once the piece has been created, we will take between 1 and 3 days to send it. Once we have sent the package, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
