Refund policy

I have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the return shipping fee is carried by the customer.

If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

I do not refund items that are lost or damaged in transit back to our studio - please be sure to package your items well and to include secure tracking information (and insurance in case more protection is desired).

Exchanges
You can exchange the jewel for a new one (in case of any defect) or any other piece of the same value.


Refunds
Refunds are not accepted under any circumstances since the jewels are made by hand to order. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

In these cases, I will replace the jewel(s) at no cost to you. I will send you a replacement back to you as soon as I receive the incorrect or damaged item(s). 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Rings cannot be returned since they are made to size. Custom products, can not be returned either. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
