Shipping policy

After the payment is successful, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. If you can’t find it in your mailbox, please check SPAM.

Each piece is create in my workshop in a very artisanal way so I need between 10-20 working days to handcrafted your jewels. If you have an specific date you need it by, or any special requests, please contact me at info@aguamargastudio.com.

Exception

The jewelry that is ready to be shipped "Ready to Ship" will took 1-5 days to be shipped.

Once I have sent the package, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

The cost of each shipment (it depends on the country) will be calculated automatically when confirming the purchase so it is always approved by the customer before processing the order. 

*Currently, we do not ship to Russia.
