In the heart of Barcelona’s artistic district, Gracia, Anna invites us into her light-filled, beautiful studio, where she will guide you to create your unique, organic piece of jewelry. Throughout a 2.5-hour workshop, Anna will introduce you to the wax technique, and encourage you to explore and experiment with a design of your choice. Her goal is not just to teach a technique, but to learn more about the creative process, promote the beauty of ancient craft, slow down, and experience the joy of working with your hands.
By the end of class, you’ll leave not only with your unique piece of jewelry, but with fresh inspiration and a memorable experience, rooted in nature, process, and a slower way of seeing yourself and the world around you.

Description: A 2.5-hour studio session and hands-on introduction to working with different types of wax (soft, hard, sheet, etc.), each offering a unique way to shape your design. You’ll be creating your own piece, without the need for further retouching. Once your wax ring model is complete, Anna will take it to a local foundry, where a professional caster will turn it into a ring made of brass or 925 sterling silver. The piece will be delivered two to three weeks later, with the possibility of extra finishes, such as adding gemstones.
Includes: Studio session, wax materials, tools, and brass casting of one created piece. If you want your jewelry made in silver or gold instead of brass, or want any extra finishes (stone setting), it will be charged separately. Stone setting starts at €30, with a selection available to purchase on the day.
