Each piece is lovingly made to order. Upon ordering it will take 2-4 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted. Thank you very much for your patience, objects made slowly lasts over time.

Making each piece by hand means that no two glasses are the same - there may be slight differences between them.

I hope you appreciate that your piece is unique and irreplaceable.

There is the option of making the shells in solid gold upon request.

As each piece is made to order and created in collaboration with another designer, exchanges and returns are not accepted. Exchanges will only be accepted if the piece arrives damaged or defective. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Hand wash only with lukewarm water and mild soap. Avoid abrasive products and the dishwasher. Dry carefully with a soft cloth. The silver may naturally oxidise over time and can be gently cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
