Each piece is lovingly made to order. Upon ordering it will take 1-3 weeks for your earrings to be handcrafted. Thank you very much for your patience, jewelry made slowly lasts over time.

which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Refunds are not accepted under
any circumstances since the jewels are made by hand to order. 

Once the piece has been created, I will take between 1 and 3 days to send it. You will receive an email with your tracking number. 

I recommend to avoid direct contact with any type of liquid, to protect your pieces from impact and store them in a cloth bag to ensure longevity.
